Your safety is important so if you would like to scuba dive, you'll need to complete a medical history form. You may also need a physical check-up. If you're over 45 years of age or have a previous medical condition, please bring a doctor's certificate confirming that you're fit to dive. Whether you can or cannot dive, will be entirely at the discretion of your qualified instructor whose main concern, at all times, is your safety.
Please ensure you check the PADI Medical Statement here to ensure you do not have any 'Yes' answers that may need a medical doctor's advice and signed approval before you can join any scuba diving course. Upon successful completion of your pre-booked dive course, there will be a PADI processing fee of £25 for your certification card. This is not included in the pre-book price.

In addition to sailing, windsurfing and tennis, Lemnos Beach Resort offers a variety of land-based activities from adrenelin fuelled mountain biking to a lively aerobics and fitness programme from early morning through to sunset, for six days a week.
Guests can be as active or as chilled as they like at this charming Greek resort.
Our Hardrock mountain bikes are a great way to get out and see the lovely island of Lemnos with its hillsides scattered with whitewashed houses and lovely sea views. They're free of charge for guest use, whether you go it alone or join one of our guided tours for varying abilities.
Our resident instructors run a full programme of classes to suit everyone, from high-octane aerobics sessions to more gentle stretch-and-tone classes. Everyone is welcome.
Feel free to book one of the 4 courts for private play or join our coaches for an evening's social play. Our team of tennis pro's offer a range of courses and tuition, either as a group of matched ability or privately.
Lemnos Beach Resort is great for singles, couples and groups of friends, with a relaxed social atmosphere reigning around our pool, restaurant and bar.
The beach bar is perfect for cocktails, viewing the exhilarating watersports and watching the beautfiul sunset. Into the early evening this bar offers a wonderful alternative to the hotel bar.
This resort is one of our smallest and the feel is very much that of a village, with all of the Mark Warner activities close at hand.
Guests can explore the island very easily by taxi, hire car or mountain bike. The capital Myrina is a five-minute taxi ride from the resort: we recommend a dip at Roman Shore beach and at nearby Thanos beach with its very clear waters and fine sand, sampling one of the fish taverns on the traditional harbour at the Turkish Shore and attending one of the many alfresco theatrical and musical events in summer.
The resort's location near the pretty harbour town of Myrina, with its ruined Venetian castle and waterfront restaurants, offers the chance to experience traditional Greek culture.
Life in resort revolves around the pool, restaurant and bar creating a relaxed social atmosphere.
At the start of your holiday you'll be invited to an informal early evening drinks in the bar where you will get the chance to meet fellow guests, and join a group table for dinner.
Single parents can enjoy some 'me' time at viva health and beauty or reading a book on the beach while the little ones are in childcare.
We arrange social tables in the evenings where groups of like-minded adults can meet together for adult conversation over some great food.
