Pangkor Island

Pangkor Island lies just 3.2km off the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia. Located a three-hour drive from Kuala Lumpur by private car to the main jetty’s in Lumut where a short 15 minute boat ride will bring you to Pangkor Laut Resort.

There are no bridges connecting the islands to the mainland because there exists a policy to control the number of vehicles to/from the island to prevent road congestion. Pangkor Island is also accessible by air from the Domestic Airport in Kuala Lumpur.
