Just a fifteen-minute stroll away is the beloved resort of Cala'n Bosch, renowned for its coved sand beach and picturesque marina. From open-air restaurants to shopping in packed streets, it makes for an unforgettable, well-rounded family holiday. Stretching further afield is Ciutadella, jam-packed with fascinating history, a rich culture and a vibrant shopping scene. For all of your essentials, there's a sizable supermarket just a five-minute walk away, as well as a bus stop for a quicker route into town.
The house is classically Mediterranean inside and out, with soft peach-painted walls, vibrant green shutters, and a structure with decadent arches. The interiors echo the island's traditional vibe but mix in a taste of contemporary. In the living room, the rustic stone feature walls complement the sleek furniture and slick, white entertainment unit. The neutral colour scheme create a peaceful atmosphere throughout. At the back of the villa, you're greeted with a beautiful, sparkling oval-shaped swimming pool that takes centre stage on the sun-kissed terrace flanked with luscious greenery.
