Say hello to Villa Nuria Bosch! Located within the Cap d'Artrutz area of Cala'n Bosch, this idyllic Menorcan retreat is a great choice for those who don't want to hire a car. A handful of local shops and restaurants are right around the corner, whilst the stunning marina with its seafront bars and millionaire yachts is a short 15-minute walk away.
For lazy days spent by the pool, then Nuris Bosch is ideal. This terrace boasts a 7x4m pool, surrounded by evergreen bushes and lined with reclining sun loungers. For alfresco lunches, there's a brick-built BBQ with a covered terrace. Why not whip up some tasty tapas, or grill up some delicious vegetable skewers for friends and family?
Inside, this ground-floor property feels like a home from home. The colourful living room with its comfy sofa and ancestral dining table is a great spot for relaxing indoors. There's a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with dark wooden cupboards and a beamed ceiling, ideal for cooking no matter the weather. There are three bedrooms in total, one double and two twin rooms, all with cool air conditioning and sharing two family washrooms.
