If your looking for a great villa to unwind and bask under the Mallorcan sun, with beautiful mountain views then Ca na Francisca is the one for you, surrounded by gorgeous scenery, this single story villa boasts a private pool with plenty of lawn space to relax and recharge.
The villa opens to a light airy lounge/ dinner with a TV featuring English channels and WIFI, there is a dining table for 6 people and views that stretch out over the manicured lawn and pool.
The kitchen is well equipped and houses all necessary utensils needed to prepare a delicious meal. The first of the 3x bedrooms is a double air conditioned room with patio doors that lead to the garden/ pool area, this room also has an en-suite with shower over bath, basin and toilet. Bedrooms 2 and 3, both have twin beds and air conditioning to ensure comfort during the warm nights. There is a further shower room and bathroom, giving each bedroom their own facilities. Outside you have the option for alfresco dining under the covered terrace which wraps around the back of the house, or the open terrace for that last bit of evening sun whilst sipping on some home-made sangria. There is also a brick-built BBQ and off road car parking on the private drive.
If you wish to get out and about a car is recommended, visit the medieval town of Alcudia, the well restored city was previously home to a Roman settlement and remains of ancient houses and a theatre can be discovered.
