Cosy seating corners, a shaded terrace and a refreshing pool provide the ideal day of relaxation back at the villa. The 6x3m heated* pool is ideal for a quick dip in-between soaking up the rays. If a day of exploring is more your thing, then the busy resort of Maspalomas is less than a 15-minute drive away, where you'll find an array of shops, tapas bars, international cuisines and sandy beaches.
You enter the property on the ground floor, which boasts the master bedroom, a double complete with its own private ensuite and balcony terrace. Ideal for a morning coffee as the sun starts to brighten the sky. Head downstairs to the lower ground-floor where we find the remainder of the rooms, including the second bedroom, shower room and open-plan living space. The cosy living room opens up into the spacious dining and kitchen area, filled with natural light, this airy room comes with complimentary air conditioning, an essential on those hot summer evenings.

The hours of work are anticipated to be between 08:30 and 18:00, Monday to Friday. Our local team will continue to monitor the work regularly and we will contact any customers where we feel their stay at the villa will be affected significantly.
