This stunning three-bedroom property sits right on Corralejo's sandy beach, with direct access from the terrace, a panoramic sea view, and the beating heart of Corralejo right at your fingertips. Just around the corner, you'll find bustling bars, karaoke cafes and an array of mouthwatering international cuisine, from traditional tapas to Mexican tortillas, Italian pasta to Japanese sushi. A great location for those that love shopping, you'll find a varied shopping scene, from souvenir shops to your designer boutiques. For those looking for a day further afield, then take a boat trip to the neighbouring island of Lanzarote, where you can explore the backstreets of Playa Blanca and enjoy a tasty spot of lunch on the seafront.
The terrace is where it's all happening at Villa Eden, as a glass wall gives stunning sea views as you enjoy a morning coffee on the terrace. Look closely and you can even see Lobos Island in the distance. There's also plenty of relaxing spots to choose from, from padded sun loungers to a cushioned exterior day bed, ideal for a spot of reading as you top up your tan. The unique pool takes centre stage, nestled in the corner of the terrace, this beautiful pool features a gradual slope with a maximum depth of 1.4 metres and step access.
Sliding patio doors lead off the terrace into the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. This bright and airy room is flooded with natural light and minimalistic in style. This open space is ideal for entertaining as you cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen. There's three bedrooms at Villa Eden, one twin room and two doubles, all with their own flat-screen TV and air conditioning. All bedrooms share two separate shower rooms, each with its own walk-in rainfall shower.
