Looking for a spacious and comfortable villa to spend a week or two in the sun, just a short drive from the bustling town of Lloret de Mar? Well, Villa Contesa offers all of this, nestled at the end of a tranquil cul-de-sac. The front entrance is adorned by a gate that takes you via a driveway to a private parking area underneath the villa. The main entrance to the villa is on street level and as you step into the large, airy hallway you will find the living room directly ahead. The living room offers all the amenities you would find in your own home, such as: a large sofa suite, an open fire place, a TV and a door leading out to a large shaded terrace, that overlooks the swimming pool and lush garden. In the next room you will find a dining table and chairs, as well as air conditioning. And to the right a large, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast table. What is great about the kitchen is that it also contains a door to the exterior eating area, a place where you can enjoy your days eating alfresco style lunches and dinners. On this floor there is also a bathroom.
As you head up to the first floor along the spiral style staircase, you will find four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three bedrooms contain double beds whilst the fourth contains twin beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning can be found in two of the bedrooms. In addition, three of the bedrooms have access to a large terrace that runs along the top section of the house, offering views overlooking the glistening Mediterranean Sea and the sprawling town of Lloret de Mar.
At the back of the villa, is a large well-maintained garden with a shaded dining area that sits above the lower garden, where the generously sized swimming pool can be found. If you wish to spend some quiet time, then you can find peace in the garden, either on a sun lounger or under the terrace reading your favourite books.
