Located at the foothills of Vrisinas Mountain, the villa is an oasis of peace and tranquility with rolling countryside as far as the eye can see, but still close to the heart of the action. In the daytime, the locals restaurants and supermarket can be reached on foot, while a scenic drive will lead you to beautiful Cretan villages or the vibrant harbour town of Rethymnon with it's charming historic old town. Short drives to the north coast offer lazy days on long sandy beaches, while the villas excellent position also beckons you to the crystalline waters of Crete's stunning south coastline. Villa Aclando offers village charm while still being only a short drive from all that this wonderful area of Crete has to offer.
