Owner-managed by the Muolo family, the Masseria Torre Coccaro Hotel offers guests a peaceful and relaxed environment, surrounded by ancient olive groves on the Fasano planes, the largest high quality, olive oil producing region in Italy. All 36 rooms are furnished in the traditional rustic Apulian style and most have independent access from the garden. The hotel uses the large garden to grow their own vegetables, which are used in the dishes served at the restaurant. Cuisine here is very much Pugliese, with fish, pasta and fresh vegetables featuring predominantly on the menu. A riding school a few km away, surrounded by the countryside not far from the sea, gives the possibility to go on horseback for a nature trail or to visit the numerous farmhouses of the area.
