Bardolino is a very pretty town and one of the most popular resorts in Lake Garda. The town is located on the eastern shore of Lake Garda, 30 km away from Verona and is well connected to other towns along the lake by the ferry service. Bardolino is renowned for its wine and a wine festival takes place in the town every September.

Behind Bardolino are the gentle slopes of the moraine hills, which are well known for wine-growing in the region. The old town centre is pedestrianised and buzzing with shops, bars, restaurants and cafes facing the picturesque harbor and Lake Front. Bardolino is also close to Gardaland amusement park.
